I interviewed at Quasar Consulting Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
The interview was very casual with behavioural questions. Felt like the interview questions could be more intentional but some might prefer the casual conversation style. Did not get a technical interview.
Just what you did in the past and regular questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years. Why did you choose electrical engineering. What is something you regret. what is you strength and weakness.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Quasar Consulting Group (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2022
Interview
I was interviewed by a few of the staff members including the manager, and I was not impressed. The Manager himself seemed to have some sarcastic humor to him which I understood, but it wasn't professional for a first interview. there were other aspects to the interview but i just couldn't mesh with the team.
