Quantoom Biosciences interview questions

Initial interview with recruiter on general interest, background & experience, salary expectation. Followed by interview with hiring manager focusing more on the specifics of the job content. Took about a month from application to completion. Was rejected because of lack of skills in a certain language, even though said language was never tested with me during the interviews that I had with them. Felt like they were biased and used an excuse to reject my application instead of giving honest and useful feedback. Would not recommend.

Spoke with someone who recruited on behalf of the company. Talked about the location of the lab, the work they’re doing, and my background. They were in Europe and the interview was very early in the morning. I emailed about followup, but he ghosted me. Which was odd since they wanted to connect on Linkedin.
