I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Quantium Technology (Bangkok)
Interview
There were two rounds of interviews. The first round was online and consisted of two easy LeetCode-style problems and an English communication test. The second round was an onsite interview, split into a 1-hour paper test and a 1-hour verbal test. My paper test was delayed by about 20–30 minutes, which made me feel like my time wasn't entirely valued as I just sat there waiting. However, despite the delay, the overall atmosphere was positive.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quantium Technology
Interview
There are two rounds, and the interview content is not related to the job description at all. Also, I had to accept the offer from this company because I had no money and no other options at the time.
The first round is online. It is a live coding interview on Google Docs with LeetCode-style questions.
The second round is on-site. You have to write LeetCode solutions on paper, then do a behavioral interview with a senior employee you will never actually work with, and finally solve another LeetCode question on a whiteboard (this company really loves LeetCode).
Process began with a virtual assessment to test behavior and work style. This included a brief 2 minute video pitch/assessment to record yourself before you speak with the team. I was moved onto second round to meet with a director. I previously worked at a competitor and it was clear this person was more interested in obtaining information on the competitor's product rather than my qualifications. Overall, dissatisfied with how this played out. Interviews are late at night due to majority of team in Asia.
