Went through 4 steps in the process. First a general meeting with HR, then solved a timed technical case, then interviewed senior colleagues, and did some psychometric evaluations. After all steps I received good feedback.
A few days later, I get a call (they prefer calls over emails, maybe to avoid putting things in writing), telling me they have hired too many new people in the past months and need time to train them before making an offer to me.
Gave me a date when I was gonna hear from them.
Predictably ghosted by them after that.
