My experience at Quandoo was unpleasant. The whole process is 5 steps: recruiter call as you would expect, hiring manager interview with behavioral and situational questions (e.g., suppose this happens at Quandoo, how do you go about it?), SQL script writing and data visualization take-home assignment, which was eerily similar to what they do at work, which took me around 12 hours, and a 1-hour-long team interview where you present your take-home assignment. In this step, you are once again asked situational and behavioral questions. Finally, you meet the final boss, the director. More casual chatting here. Also, some behavioral questions (e.g., tell me about a time when you did such and such). After having committed around 15 hours to the whole process, I did not even receive a rejection mail! I had to send an email to inquire about the status of my application and then learnt that I was rejected. Having committed this many hours, of course, I asked for feedback. They gave me no feedback and ghosted my last email.
