Quadrivio SGR interview questions

I would like to share my experience regarding the recruitment process for the Personal Assistant/Office Coordinator position at Quadrivio, facilitated by a recruitment agency. Initially, I had a positive interview with Francesca, who clearly outlined the responsibilities associated with the role. However, the subsequent stages presented some challenges: The second interview was with a newly appointed HR representative who appeared unfamiliar with my application details and had not reviewed my CV, despite it being provided by the agency. A week later, I was scheduled for an urgent call with the CEO. During this call, he was driving, leading to frequent disconnections. Additionally, he seemed disengaged and began eating during our conversation. Following these interactions, I did not receive any further updates, and the recruitment process was concluded without clear communication. I understand that recruitment processes can vary, but I believe that clear communication and mutual respect are essential for a positive candidate experience. Please stay away from this company as clearly does not respect people's time and effort.
