Thank you for sharing your feedback. We do invest a considerable amount of time in the interview process to ensure we find the right match for both QTS and the candidate. We also set expectations along the way on where we are in the hiring process, acknowledging that our timeline may not align with someone's job search. A realistic preview of the position is often part of this process because it is incredibly important for a candidate to understand our culture, work environment, and expectations of what it's like to work at QTS. We believe that investing time up front in a transparent way, ensures that we hire the right fit for each other. During your interview, I conveyed that important hallmarks of our culture include mentorship, development, innovation, and collaborating with each other which, if conducted in person, we believe has a multiplier effect vs. remote.
