I handed in my resume at the store and waited for a couple of weeks to hear back. Eventually, I went for an interview with two managers in the shopping centre. We had a nice chat then proceeded with the interview which was pretty standard.

Group interview held at the local library. Questions involved forming small groups and working together to solve problems, standing up and introducing yourself and telling the employer who you would pick to hire.

It was a positive and straightforward interview, taken place at the location of the store. The interviewer was strict on past retail experience and how well verse my book knowledge is, but they were not overly critical of my answers.
