The phone screener was very nice. Interview was fine but quite long (almost 2 hours). There was a soldiworks portion for which they were ill prepared. The drawings they had me recreate had numerous mistakes and missing dimensions so I had to flag the mechanical engineer down to clarify. They did not send any follow up or rejection email after the interview, just ghosted. The maximum salary was not high. Overall, would not recommend.
