Online Assessments, Video Interview, Live in person Partner Interview.
The online assessments were pretty run of the mill, I actually found the pattern recognition the hardest out of the three (the other two were personality and mathematical)
The video interview was pretty standard as well, just look at the camera and not yourself. Stumbled over my words a couple of times, but just got over it and kept going.
Partner interview is about luck I guess. It really depends on how well you mesh with the person because in my experience there was only one. The partner I was interviewed by was nice enough, I think we just didn't click.
