After seeing 4.3 rating for this company, went for a so called scheduled interview on Saturday, which was actually a drive, reached on time but had to wait there for 4 hours just to get the 1st round done. 1st round was clear, they asked me to leave and said that the 2nd and final round is on Monday with a Malaysian guy, Zoom call for 2nd round was also clear. HR called on Tuesday and said that its a burning position and want me to join the very next day, being an immediate joiner i agreed and was waiting for the offer, negotiation was done the same day, and they said that offer will be released in half an hour. Next day they called and said that a Director round has popped up and it is just a formality round, I had a video call with the Director also, and after that there was no response for another two days. After some followups they said that Director feels your profile is a mismatch(a lame excuse). Very bad experience guys, rating is manipulated, it was 2.8 till few months back.

The interview process was smooth, interviewer was decent and humble, and he targeted all his questions in line with the requirement. Shortly after the interview, my review was given promptly.
