I applied through the website and got a response in a couple of days. It´s a 2-stage hiring process. The first stage is over the phone and the second is via video conferencing.

Interview
The interview process was very relaxed and interesting. I met one of the lead directors of the company who challenged me on my suitability whilst also giving me pointers on how the camps were run etc.
