Proscenium Architecture + Interiors interview questions

Applied after seeing a job posting, got called back within a couple of weeks. Interview was with a partner and department head and they were both pleasant and informative and spoke about current projects and well as job pursuits.

Was a casual Interview, where we talked about the corporate culture and work opportunities. We reviewed past projects that I had been involved in and the clients that i had worked with. What some of my challenges have been and where I hoped to grow.
