Mathematical assessment to begin after submitting application- you need to pass to even be considered for the job, followed by a long waiting period where they review your application, if you pass these steps then you follow up with a phone interview, following the phone interview you may be invited to visit the company in Ohio for their interview event where they bring in all the candidates for a 2 day event.
