My interview experience with Progressive was exceptionally well-structured and organized. Every step of the process felt clear and thoughtfully planned. For anyone preparing to interview with Progressive, I highly recommend using the STAR method. Prepare and write out your technical experiences in the Situation–Task–Action–Result format, and have at least 10–12 solid examples ready. This approach will help you clearly communicate your impact and demonstrate your expertise.
