This was the first round interview after talking at a campus career fair. Strictly behavioral interview with common questions. Be sure to have some questions lined up, since the recruiter only asks three questions to you.

Question 1
When is a time you worked on a team, and what was your role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Mayfield Heights, Cuyahoga, OH) in Feb 2019
Interview
It's all about culture fit. The 2-day recruiting event starts with a casual dinner where you meet managers and seniors in IT. It gives you a great chance to find out more about the actual work and environment in a relaxed setting. At the end, the recruiting team sets you up for the next day.
Day 2 consists of a tour, a talk by the CIO, lunch with employees who went through the recent grad program and two interviews that focus on ST/AR questions. Be prepared to tell a great story that shows off your technical skills and focuses on the competency the question addresses. You're allowed to bring in notes if that helps. Having examples with negative outcomes is just as important as highlighting your accomplishments.
Finally, the employees you meet during lunch have no effect on whether you get the job, so ask them any of those lingering questions that might affect your decision to work there. It really solidified my desire to work at Progressive.
