I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance in May 2025
Interview
Application process is rather painless I just want people to know they are doing half of your interview by giving you prompts to respond to with recorded answers over video. Sort of like an audition tape. You don't really find that out until you pass the assessment stage. You don't talk to anyone at the company before this part of the process or during.

Question 1
Past experiences where I had to demonstrate response to change, response to a growth challenge, and response to an unhappy client. Asked multiple times why I feel I am a good fit for the position, why I sought the position.
I applied online. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Colorado Springs, CO)
Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Progressive Insurance (Allentown, PA) in May 2026
Interview
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
