I went to their Los Angeles office for the IQ test, then passed to the next phase. I had a one on one interview which i felt was very good. They told me that interviews with the manager where on May 10th, a month and a half after the phone interview. However, they never called me to le me know if i was going to the next phase or if I was rejected.

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
