The assessment test is ridiculous that even if you've worked in the business, or have a masters degree, you still can't pass. The questions asked, they're subjective, no right or wrong, so how can someone being thruthful pass? There's a lot of feedback of others with same concern. Unfortunately, artificial intelligence is being used to grade your score, basically, experiencie doesn't count.. no wonder they've "progressive insurance assessment tests that you need to subscribe.. unbelievable!!!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
