I completed the first stage phone interview, about 30 mins. Behavioral questions using the STAR format. (focused on problem-solving and teamwork) The interviewer asked about past leadership positions and contributions to employers. Moved on to final interviews at Progressive HQ in Ohio.

1 phone screening, then 2 hour long interviews with software employees. Behavioral heavy, with no leetcode style questions. Most important thing to do well in this interview is to use STAR method for every answer. Only technical questions asked were based on projects in my resume

Consisted of three different rounds of behavioral questions, which were expected to be answered using the STAR format. Did not include technical coding problems, but exercising knowledge of technologies was semi-important.
