Interview
The interview process is very thorough but rewarding when you receive the offer! If your resume is approved you will be invited to take an assessment that includes basic math and personality questions that is about 50 minutes long. My best advice is to be honest and be yourself! If you pass the assessment you are then invited to complete a Hirevue interview where you will be asked 8 questions and have to record your responses. You need to prepare for this interview just like you would for an in-person interview. Research the S.T.A.R. format, have REAL examples and experiences to share going into as much detail as possible. Once you pass the Hirevue interview you will be contacted for a Zoom interview with a Progressive Hiring Manager. Research the company and make sure you once again apply the S.T.A.R. format and explain why you want to work for Progressive! Be genuine, prepare and give honest awnsers! Every one I spoke with was absolutely awesome and has been with Progressive for a long time!

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
