Interview
The first step is an online assessment. After that you move onto a Hirevue timed interview where a recorded person asks you a question, you have 30 seconds to think about an answer, then you record your answer and have an option to rerecord it if you mess up. It took me about 45 mins. If you get past this they will email you about another Hirevue interview. They don't tell you if it's with a real person or not, so I went off info I found on Youtube that it would be like the first interview, recording your answers with only one chance, not two. I was surprised when I logged onto the interview that it was with a real person, a Manager in the Claims Department. This interview only took 30-40 mins. I am writing about the second interview I had with the Progressive Manager.

Tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, tell me about a specific time you had to negotiate something, tell me about your favorite job and least favorite job and why. Tell me about a specific time you had to organize a big project with multiple sources of information.

Interview
I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.
