The process started out good and I got to the phone interview and when asked why I left my last job and I said terminated they immediately said I was disqualified and that I could reapply in a year they knew that I was terminated when it was on my application with the reason waste of time -

Star general -questions what pissed me off was when they asked why I left my last job and I said I was terminated they said they had to end the interview - this after I filled out the application that said that and passed the online assessment test - if they only hire people that quit there jobs or get laid off say that upfront don't waste my time

It takes about a month to hear back. You fill out the application and then you have to take an assessment. After that you’ll get a email to do a video interview. The. You will get a phone interview. If you are selected you then have to do a background check and work history check.

Interview
Very straight forwards. Asked a lot about past sales experience and ability to deescalate situations. They seemed to be very friendly and people oriented. I loved how straight forwards the whole process was and would recommend them to anybody.
Applied online, received email to do online test, then email to do virtual interview. Still waiting to hear back. It has only been a few days so hopefully something next week.
