Interview
I applied online about two weeks ago. Received an email a day later saying that my resume had passed the screening. The next day I took an assessment, consisting of some math, trends, and behavioral questions. The only tricky part to me was the behavioral questions as there was no "right" answer. After passing the online assessment I had a phone interview. The phone interview basically went over my resume and they recruiter asked what I did in my previous positions and why I left my last position. I thought the interview seemed fairly simply, however it was very had to get any reaction or feedback from the recruiter. I had no idea whether she is going to move me onto the next stage or not. She said I will hear back within 4 business days.

I applied and was sent an email to complete a 30 minute assessment that must be completed within 6 days. I completed the assessment about 2 hours after receiving the email. Within about 30 minutes of completing the assessment I received an email stating I was selected for a short video interview as soon as possible and submissions are reviewed in the order in which they are received. This is how far I am in the process so far.

In the assessment they asked more likely style type of questions and behavioral questions. Some parts of the assessment are timed.

I have not completed the process yet but, first was an online assessment, then if you 'pass' you are moved on to a HireVue video interview which takes about 30 minutes with 8 questions.

4. Think about a time when you need to learn something new in order to accomplish a task at work or during college, please describe the situation your actions and the outcome

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.
