Applied, heard back within two weeks, took a personality assessment, and got a phone interview. The guy i spoke with sounded very robotic, and made it seem like i got the job by telling me the next hiring process and telling me he would email me the next day with what to do next. I received an email back three days later and didn't get an offer.

The interview process is pretty strenuous. You do have an assessment that you have to take. Before you get the in person interview. After you do the assessment you do have virtual star question method questions that you have to answer. If you don’t do well with that you won’t get the final interview with the recruiter or hiring person. Definitely study STAR questions. They’re kinda hard. And then the final interview they do ask you a few star questions as well. You can use the ones from your virtual interview. It was really easy-going though. I did appreciate how easy the conversation was for the final interview.
