The interviewer was really polite and respectful during the interview process, and introduced a lot of helpful information regarding to the supporting system in the company. For example, the company may provide opportunity for employees to pursue their masters degree in ABA, depends on the individuals and their policy.

The interview was very nice, and Derek my interviewer was very very sweet and welcoming. The questions were very thought out, and nice related to the work roles that would be required.
