The CEO is the HR, Accounting, Logistics, IT and reception because she micromanages everyone to the 3rd degree that you're unable to do your job well. She pretended to be the HR Rep when interviewing me. After I started, I realized she played all roles in the company.

In person interview with owner and hr manager
2nd in person interview - had to do 2 writing samples
