This Company came off desperate for employees. I saw the workspace and met the team. I was not impressed at all. I was offered the job lowballed on the pay. I did not take this one.

A lot of the interview process is over the phone, and since everybody knows everyone else in Memphis IT community they ask around to find out what kind of person you are.

Pretty straight forward actually. They ask you about your technical expertise and decide how much they will pay you based on how much experience you have.
