Interview
Completed a video interview the first go around then a Skype interview for the second. I was asked about my online Bachelors degree (with a smirk). I was asked questions like what my favorite course was, how my degree program was structured. Then it was a series of rapid fire questions, what does VPN stand for, how do you delete a printer, etc. after the interview was almost over, they went over the true job description which I had a totally different impression going in. It was basically a service desk position.

Interview
We had PGS, Pune visit our campus.
First day was ELitmus aptitude test, and the short listed candidates went ahead for the second day rounds.
On the second day, there were two rounds : Technical Round and HR Round. They took two technical interviews of a few people, and many had the second interview as HR round. So, some had 3 rounds of intrview while the others had two. No difference caused.
I had referred the glassdoor reviews and let me tell you, i should have heeded the advice that was in every post!!
You need to be well prepared for two main questions :
1) What was your project, detail answer.
2) Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
They loved the people who gave satisfactory asnwers to these questions. Prepare well for them.
