    Pros

    Some good leaders are there

    Cons

Your experience depends on your boss. If you have a crappy one, it will suck. If you have a good one, you're set. I had 10 bosses in 10 years. They like to move people around a lot.

    Advice to Management

Train your leaders to become decent human beings.

    Cons

Your experience depends on your boss. If you have a crappy one, it will suck. If you have a good one, you're set. The management in the Waterloo/Mason City team are inconsiderate and very number oriented. There is no coaching or positive reinforcement.

    Advice to Management

    Show empathy
