I applied via Elitmus. It took a day to get back with results. There was a company presentation followed by technical round and HR round. My Technical round was a product manager who mostly covered the conversation with Resume. Not much of technical questions, but had a checklist to make sure he analyze me with every aspect. From background to higher studies and from questions on sorting to Web technologies. Was pretty straight forward and I cleared this filtering round. After 10-15 mins, there was an HR round. This was the final round. It was again the typical HR questions but gave me no clue on what basis they rejected my application. This happened to most of my mates, may be because there were many candidates they shortlisted.
