All phone interviews, still on going process. Only said I did not get the position because Glassdoor makes me give some answer. Everyone very nice so far and wiling to answer questions and provide more information on the company and things like the CFA process. First interview seemed more like a weed out process, make sure you're actually a human and know what you applied to. Second interview was a mix of do you know what this role is, here is more information about what equity trading at Principal is, and some basic character trait questions. Third interview was two separate phone calls with members of the small cap/large cap teams. This was similar character trait questions, asking why I want this role, etc. Coming from a very quantitative background, they asked why I wanted a qualitative role.
