Primary PartnerCare interview questions

Was contacted by the hiring manager to have a brief phone interview. After the phone interview I was invited to come on site and meet the hiring manager and CEO in person. Had what I thought was a wonderful interview and was excited when I got a follow up from Talent to complete a reference check form and was requested that I submit 2 work samples. I provided all of the information as requested and then was asked to develop an additional work sample. Once the additional work sample was submitted, I was told they were not moving forward with me. No additional information was given.
