Initially I had a great experience, it was very welcoming, warming, and curious which reinforced how people matter at Primark. After a few weeks I was contacted to confirm I wouldn't progress to the next stage and was offered feedback which I accepted. Unfortunately, this is where contact stopped. I replied initially to accept the feedback and followed this up 3 other times, spanning a couple of months.... Ghosted. This changed my perception of Primark and left a sour taste in my mouth.
