straight forward interview about 10-15 minutes long, the questions were scenario-based what's your availability and if you had experience, they called two days later with an offer and a date for the induction

Question 1
How would you deal with a difficult customer?
Can you give an example of a time you provided excellent customer service?
How would you handle the situation if a customer is unhappy with a product?
Can you describe a time when you went above and beyond for a customer?
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
