I applied for a job around 20th December and was notified by email on the 5th January that they'd like me to attend an interview on the 10th. I had a phone call the day before the interview just to confirm that I got the email and would be attending. I arrived about five minutes early and went to the customer service desk where I told one of the girls that I was there for an interview. She took me upstairs to the interview room (first aid room haha) and reassured me that there was no need to be nervous, asked me about my current job etc, told me that she enjoys working there herself, said there's always plenty of overtime. She told me to take a seat if I wanted and said I shouldn't be waiting too long. Waited about five minutes and the lady who was interviewing me invited me in. She was really friendly and told me not to worry etc, very chatty and nice. Asked about me having a bank account etc. Told me not to worry as questions were easy.

Once you apply for the job you got to give an assessment. try and answer the best way you can. in a week's time you will get a call asking about your availability. interview is simple and easy. Talk about your skills and good communication.
