Easy interview, relaxed setting. Received an email followed up by a phone call and then an on site interview. Manager was nice and clear during the process, good experience overall

The Primark Stockroom Retail Assistant interview was a relaxed, was with two managers. questions involved were competency-based questions on teamwork, problem-solving, and safety. Lasted 20-30 minutes, I haven't been given the results yet, but will let y'all know

2) Describe a time when you had to solve an issue with someone. How did you handle it?
3) Give an example of a time when you had to build a relationship with someone new. How did you go about it?
4) What do you understand about stockroom operations, and how do you ensure safety in that environment?
5) Tell me about a time when you felt discouraged about something but stayed positive. What was the outcome, and how did you feel?
6) Do you have any questions for us?

its very easy question, but people are very friendly and the back of house was very impressive. It seems like a good retail environment just looking for people to be reliable & diligent in their work.
