I applied online in their own website, process was straight forward, got a call for an interview the following day and then I had a second interview a few days later with a short exercise relevant to the post. The job was offered a few days later. Around 30 people were interview for the role (1 day a week contract!)

After seven months working at Primark as a Retail Assistant, I was invited to interview for a Supervisor role. The full-day group interview included a personal presentation, a company workshop, a discussion about Primark’s values, and a practical exercise involving a difficult conversation with a team member based on a specific scenario.

How you would manage a challenging situation with a team member?
Relaxed environment - very casual they made me feel at ease . It was at their lakeside Manchester branch and they were running very late . The lady that interviewed me was very young , I doubted her experience actually she looked like she just left school
