I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Bath, England) in Mar 2016
Interview
The application process took just over a month and i received and email (and voicemail) asking for an interview for the following week.
On arrival they take you into the staff canteen where they get you to fill out some paperwork. Then after about 30 minutes a manager comes out and takes you into the interview room and asks basic interview questions. After about 20 minutes I was then ask about my availability for the induction day.
A couple of days later, I received an email saying I was successful.
very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
Applied for the position through the company's career website. My application was successfully shortlisted, and I was invited to attend an in-person interview to discuss my suitability for the role.
