Applied on line. Received interview offer next morning. Able to select time on line from a choice available.
Interview: Presentation film on arrival re company then a presentation re working for company followed by a 1:1 interview. Interview Saturday received job offer on Monday! All very efficient.
Staff all very friendly and put you at ease. Questions all competency based.
There is a standard checklist that they follow. You answer basic, straightforward questions you would expect and are scored as a result. It is very easy to prepare for. You are scored on a rating scale, I believe numerical!

Question 1
How would your former or current boss describe you?
Very simple and straightforward questions. Nothing challenging. Took place in an empty office with no distractions. Questions mainly about my skills and why I was suitable for the role. Took around 30 mins to an hour.
It was a group interview initially then we were taken to have a one to one. After which we basically had a trial shift for a couple of hours. They spoke to us about working with the business and allowed us to ask questions
