2 rounds of interview with a mix of group interviews and individual. I got the job offer but then realized that they require you to work 6 days per week and the base salary is very low. Compensation is heavily focused on commission. It felt as if they were making many job offers just to get people in the door and trying to sell. Ultimately it all felt a bit fishy and uncomfortable and I declined the offer.
