Interview
I first had an HR interview, followed by a home test to build a Digital Archive Manager using React and TypeScript (3 hours limit). I don’t recall having a separate technical interview before the coding home test, as this was a few months ago. I believe I delivered the best possible solution for the task, but I wasn’t selected for the role, and the feedback was very limited and didn’t clearly explain the decision which was frustrating.
I went through a 3-stage interview process, including a take-home test and in-person meeting, which required out-of-pocket travel costs. I was later rejected via a short email with no feedback. I sent a polite follow-up asking for insights and expense clarification but was met with silence.
The interview process itself was professional, but the post-interview communication was disappointing and lacked the courtesy expected after such an involved process.
