Quick process for both interviews. The first was with the hiring team and the second one with one of the Care Manager’s supervisor. Both interviewers where very friendly, helpful and transparent. They went over all expectations, bottlenecks, salary and schedule.

It took almost 2 months to hear I moved to the interview phase, and then have the interview scheduled. I felt for the hiring manager, she appeared to be sick. With that said, she didn't have her interview questions ready, coughed, sneezed and yawned through the whole conversation and pretty sure she rolled her eyes at one point. Apparently, I didn't impress her.
