Quick process for both interviews. The first was with the hiring team and the second one with one of the Care Manager’s supervisor. Both interviewers where very friendly, helpful and transparent. They went over all expectations, bottlenecks, salary and schedule.

Role playing phone calls to patients, talking about past work experience, talking about my current work setting, explaining the work environment and general expectations, talking about the benefits of working for Premera, talking about the benefits.
