It started with one introductory phone call making salary expectations clear and giving me a chance to ask any questions, a project that took an hour or two to complete, and then another interview. All that was okay and at the last interview they said they would get back to me shortly with their decision. Despite me reaching out more than once, they never ended up getting back to me which seems incredibly unprofessional for a communications company.
