Interview
Terrible company to work for. They do an outdated skills test and the turn over is high! Work hours are terrible and the clients don’t stay on very long. Editors feel like we are badgering them by constantly calling them.
Very nice over the phone. When talking to the hiring manager, they provided clear information about the company and what they expect from potential employees. The conversation was very easy and they also asked about sales experience.

Interview
Initial interview with the supervisor was conversational and basic. They asked about background and qualifications, but seemed more interested in sales and customer support ability. They required an in-person IQ test to see how well you were at processing and applying directions.
