Possibility Space interview questions

I got invited for an interview 10 days after I applied online. The interview wasn't awful but I could clearly see that the recruiter had no clue about the role and their questions were completely generic and meaningless. As I walked them through my answers and experience, I could see that they didn't understand a thing about what I was saying, so it's hard to believe they were able to properly spot any talent at all. I got a rejection macro via email 1 week later saying that they believe I wasn't senior enough for the role. I have 5+ years of experience in this role and also as a department leader. My friends got the same rejection email at different stages of their application as well, showing they have no respect for their candidates' time.
