I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Possability People (Brighton, England) in Jun 2024

Interview

Good communication during the process. Sent the interview questions the day before for everyone, about 10 questions, competency questions and lots of support to answer well. Interview lasted about 40 minutes. Good feedback. Interviewers were welcoming.
