Great process but very lengthy. Could be more efficient as there were some interviews that were replicated. They have more than 2 case rounds and then other rounds based on HR and behaviour interviews
1 pre-screening call with HR, 1 screening interview, 4 case interviews (incl. 1 final interview with partner), specific focus on motivation for sports; very quick process overall, despite number of interviews

Introductory call - Talked through my background and motivation to join Portas I chased up a reply and after chasing, six weeks from the initial intro interview I was informed that applications were put on hold and they were no longer actively recruiting.
