I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Poke Tiki (Rancho Santa Margarita, CA) in Oct 2021
Interview
Practically no interview, I got accepted immediately after applying. Walked in and they gave me a date and a time to start training. Training started basically next day since there was such a labor shortage.
